“It’s me, Hi”

Cassandra, who is she…

I first entered the hospitality industry in 2019 when I started working at a high-end restaurant in Winnipeg. In the summer of 2021, I moved to Jasper, Alberta to work at a luxurious and picturesque restaurant. After the summer ended I did one year of university to learn that I don’t want to be an engineer. So I started working at a catering company, primarily doing weddings, and fell in love with weddings and the industry. When I am not answering emails or petting my dogs you will find me at Manitoba’s top catering company as their catering manager.

With all my experience in the hospitality and event industry, I have a love and appreciation for excellent customer service, quality experience, and going above and beyond. Whatever it takes to make you happy. I love to focus on the details and make everything as close to perfect as possible. However, I understand that is not always possible, whether it be because of a budget, a guest who RSVP yes and did not show up, or all of your table settings did not show up. I know when to be realistic with what is happening while still making sure everything is running smoothly and the best it can be.

Beyond my professional life, I am a very chill person. I live in the country with my two dogs and three cats. Ask me about them, and I will show you so many pictures. I love to read, cook, and rewatch my favourite TV shows. My husband is the love of my life (don’t tell the dogs), and we are basically high school sweethearts. In between our busy schedules, we like to game (video and board), go for walks, watch TV, and adore our dogs.

As a recent bride I…
