“It’s me, Hi”
Cassandra, who is she…
I first entered the hospitality industry in 2019 when I started working at a high-end restaurant in Winnipeg. In the summer of 2021, I moved to Jasper, Alberta to work at a luxurious and picturesque restaurant. After the summer ended I did one year of university to learn that I don’t want to be an engineer. So I started working with one of Manitoba’s top off-site caterers, primarily doing weddings, and have been hooked on the wedding industry since. I currently manage the food and beverage service at a high-end gym in Winnipeg, but you can find me bartending weddings on the weekends.
With all my experience in the hospitality and event industry, I have a love and appreciation for excellent customer service, quality experience, and going above and beyond. Whatever it takes to make you happy. I love to focus on the details and make everything as close to perfect as possible. However, I understand that is not always possible, whether it be because of a budget, a guest who RSVP yes and did not show up, or all of your table settings did not show up. I know when to be realistic with what is happening while still making sure everything is running smoothly and the best it can be.
Being a catering manager for two years and running the team, I have been to most venues in southern Manitoba. I am very familiar with The White Poplar and Hawthorn Estates. I have worked alongside many esteemed wedding and event planners to gain the knowledge necessary to make sure that your wedding goes off without a hitch.
As a recent bride I…
