Setup and Teardown

Starting at $700

  • That morning set up

  • Set up includes all table decor items (tablecloths, runner, centerpieces)

  • Seating Chart and name cards

  • Guest Book station

  • Set up and tear down of Ceremony Decor (aisle pieces, signage, arch decor)

  • Decor tear down that starts at 10pm (can start later for additional cost)

  • The package does not include clearing of Catering Items

  • Within 60 Km of Winnipeg Perimeter

Wedding Management

Starting at $1200

  • Includes a meeting at least six months to go through all your wedding ideas, help plan, troubleshoot, and start timeline creation.

  • Includes a meeting three months before the wedding.

  • Includes a meeting or phone call at least a month before to go through the final details and timeline.

  • Unlimited email communication. (It is like having a mini wedding planner/helper in your pocket).

  • Includes rehearsal run-through.

  • Includes timeline creation for the ceremony and the reception.

  • Includes setup of personal decor, table decor, and signage.

  • Includes day of vendor management.

  • Includes day of management for the ceremony and reception.

  • Within 60 Km of Winnipeg Perimeter

  • Ceremony and reception must be at the same location.

Full Wedding Planning

Starting at $6000

  • Monthly meetings.

  • Unlimited email communication.

  • Budget management.

  • Planning checklist.

  • Vendor management.

  • Decor design (colour palette, mood board, and floor plan)

  • Timeline creation for the ceremony and the reception.

  • Set up of personal decor, name cards, and signage for reception.

  • Rehearsal run-through.

  • Day of coordination.

Wedding Bestie

$75 per hour

  • Will be on-site the day of your wedding for anything you need.

  • Ask and it will be done.

  • There is a travel fee to location.
