Setup and Teardown

  • That morning set up

  • Set up includes all table decor items (tablecloths, runner, centerpieces)

  • Seating Chart and name cards

  • Guest Book station

  • Set up and tear down of Ceremony Decor (aisle pieces, signage, arch decor)

  • Decor tear down that starts at 10pm (can start later for additional cost)

  • The package does not include clearing of Catering Items

Catering Service Setup

$200

  • Moring of set up for all dishes, cutlery, glassware, and napkins

  • All items have to be at the venue

  • Pickup of items available for additional cost

Catering Serving Service

$500*

  • Only works with catering drop-off services, and only works with buffet

  • For events of 100 guests

  • The client has to provide all equipment for running a catering service (chafer, sternos, utensils)

  • Running the buffet and serving the guests

  • Clearing the Catering Items (immediately after dinner)

  • Glassware clearing after speeches additional cost

  • Food pickup additional cost

  • Pickup of Catering Items at additional cost

  • Within 60 Km of Winnipeg Perimeter

Six-Month Wedding Management

$900

  • Includes a meeting at least six months to go through all your wedding ideas, help plan, troubleshoot, and start timeline creation.

  • Includes a meeting or phone call at least a month before to go through the final details and timeline.

  • You can contact anytime for help with planning, decor sourcing, etc. I am a little mini wedding planner/helper in your pocket.

  • Includes rehearsal run-through.

  • Included a Day of Timeline, detailed for the ceremony and the first half of the reception

  • The coordinator is to arrive approximately one hour before the ceremony

  • Coordinator is to leave after the last scheduled event of the night (speech, dance, or game)

  • Coordinator will ensure smooth service during the ceremony and reception. Making sure everyone is on time and adjusting as needed.

  • Ceremony and reception coordination

Wedding Bestie

$50 per hour

  • Will be on-site the day of your wedding for anything you need
